Hyperactive founder Dr Atif Mohammed Ghani is currently a Lecturer at the Royal College of Art where he teaches Digital Storytelling in the School of Communication. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Atif recently completed working as a Senior Researcher for the University of Arts London as part of the APPG in Cultural Diversity’s recent Making the Creative Majority (full-report-2023-making-the-creative-majority.pdf (kcl.ac.uk)) a roadmap to increase cultural diversity in the creative industries employment pipeline.

Company Director Amber Ghani is passionate about outreach work and promoting social justice through psychological consultation, assessment, intervention, training and research. She is a Trainee Educational, Child and Adolescent Psychologist on the cusp of completing her Professional Doctorate (DedPsy) from the UCL Institute of Education. She also holds an MSc in Advanced Psychological Research Methods from Birkbeck College and completed her post graduate certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for children and young people from the UCL Anna Freud Centre.
